Appointment of Members of the Christchurch Milk Delivery
Board in Terms of the Christchurch Milk Delivery Emergency
Regulations 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of Regulation 9 of the Christ-
church Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1940,
the Minister of Supply doth hereby appoint the persons
described in the Schedule hereto to be members of the Christ-
church Milk Delivery Board additional to the Mayor (or in
his absence the Deputy Mayor) of Christchurch and the
District Licensing Authority for the No. 3 Transport District
who are members of the said Board in terms of the provisions
of the said regulation.
