Revocation of the Reservation of Part of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby affected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Thames County, containing by admeasurement 22 acres 2 roods 15 perches, more or less, and being part State Forest No. 150 (Gazette 1935, page 2735), now known as Section 19, Block XII, Tairua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/54, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of May, 1940.

B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Rotorua and Matamata Counties, containing by admeasurement 1,043 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, and being Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block XIV, and Sections 10 and 12, Block XV, Otanewainuku Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 30/3, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, Rotorua and Matamata Counties, containing by admeasurement 223 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less, and being Sections 5 and 6, Block II, Rotorua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 38/55, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of May, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-BOROUGH OF TAUMARUNUI. ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 19.2 perches, more or less, being Section 13, Block VI, Village of Rangaroa. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/35, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 30490.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of May, 1940.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-TE KUITI BOROUGH.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement an area of 2 roods 2.7 perches, more or less, situated in Block III, Otanake Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 11501, being part Allotment 14, Block XIX, Town of Te Kuiti. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/34 "C," deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of May, 1940.
