Land proclaimed as Road in Block IV, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Whakatane Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 16 perches.
Being portion of Lot 38A 2A No. 2D, Rangitaiki Parish.
Situated in Block IV, Whakatane Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29920s.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106936, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of May, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 2 roods 30 perches.
Being portion of Okoheriki 2c 14 Block.
Situated in Block X, Rotorua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28806.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94586, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of May, 1940.
