Revocation of Fisheries Appointments.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, revoked the appointments of the following gentlemen:—

James W. Armstrong, of Lauder.
Richard Barnes, of Clinton,
Frederick David, of Ravensbourne,
George Vorston Geer, of Gore,
Thomas A. Gillespie, of Hawea Flat,
John Alexander Miller, of Naseby,
William Carl Nicholson, of Raes Junction,

and also the appointment of

Frederick David, of Ravensbourne,

as an Officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act in respect of the Southland and Lakes District Acclimatization Districts.

Lieutenant Charles Alexander Woods, Royal Naval Reserve (New Zealand), appointed to H.M.S. “Philomel” additional, for courses (to be lent for training in H.M.A.S. “Cerberus”), to date 13th April, 1940.

Sub-Lieutenant Charles Clinton Stevens, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand), promoted to Lieutenant, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand), to date 19th March, 1940.
