EVIDENCE of the loss of certificates of title, Vol. 226, folios 56 and 283 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 9564, being part of Allotment 11, Section 1, Parish of Takapuna, whereof PERCY GEORGE EASSON, of Auckland, Gentleman, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 2nd day of May, 1940.
