Appointment of Building Controller.

IN exercise of all the powers and authorities conferred by the Supply Control Emergency Regulations 1939, and the Building Emergency Regulations 1939, I, Daniel Giles Sullivan, Minister of Supply for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

George William Albertson

to be Building Controller, in place of Arthur Tyndall, for the purpose of the Building Emergency Regulations 1939.
