A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waipawa and Haurangi Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Mataura Hundred described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 9·9 perches.
Adjoining railway land, formerly part Section 7, Block II, and part Section 1, Block III, Mataura Hundred. (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R727.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104022, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1940.
