Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Blocks III and VI, Campbelltown Hundred.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for a further portion of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway (Invercargill-Bluff Section) by a Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven at page 1746, but is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1940.

Crown Land set apart for the Waitaki-Bluff Railway in Block III, Mataura Hundred (Edendale).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Waitaki-Bluff Railway; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 rood 9.9 perches.
Being closed road adjoining railway land, formerly part Section 7, Block II, and part Section 1, Block III, Mataura Hundred. (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R727.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104022, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:-

0 0 15.7 Being closed road adjoining Railway land.
0 1 24.4 Being closed road adjoining Railway land and Lot 14, Block V, D.P. 462, being part Muaupoko Block.
Situated in Block III, Kapiti Survey District. (S.O. 3283.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97384, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1940.
