Ernest Ralph Warren, of Kaiapoi,

to be an Inspector of Sea-fishing for the purposes of Part I of the first-mentioned Act.

IN exercise of all the powers and authorities conferred by the Supply Control Emergency Regulations 1939, I, Daniel Giles Sullivan, Minister of Supply for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

Cecil Henry Benney

to be Mining Controller, in place of Arthur Tyndall, for the purpose of the Mining Emergency Regulations 1939.
