CHANGE OF SURNAME.
I., JOHN FRANCIS DAVEY, of Wanstead, in the
Provincial District of Hawke's Bay and Dominion
of New Zealand, Farm Hand, commonly so called, but
registered in the office of the Registrar-General of
Births for the Dominion of New Zealand as JOHN
FRANCIS LOUSICH, hereby give public notice that on
the 13th day of February, 1940, I formally and
absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the
use of my surname of LOUSICH and then assumed and
adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions
whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of JOHN
FRANCIS DAVEY instead of the name of JOHN FRANCIS
LOUSICH; and I give further notice that by a deed-poll
dated the 13th day of February, 1940, duly executed
and attested, I formally and absolutely renounced and
abandoned the said surname of LOUSICH and declared
that I had assumed and adopted and intended thence-
forth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and
subscribe the name of JOHN FRANCIS DAVEY instead of
JOHN FRANCIS LOUSICH and so as to be at all times
thereafter called, known, and described by the name
of JOHN FRANCIS DAVEY.

AMBROSE TASMAN LOUSICH, hereby give public notice

showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered
the several particulars required by the above statute, was
registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 19th day
of March, 1940.

named company the following extraordinary resolutions were
passed :—
"It having been proved to the satisfaction of the
shareholders of the Talisman Dubbo Gold Mines, Limited,
that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue to trade and that it is advisable to wind up
the same, it is hereby resolved that the company be
wound up voluntarily.
"That ALFRED LAMPERT PIKE, Public Accountant,
of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator
for the purposes of such winding up."'
