Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License
under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Manufacture of Footwear.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been received from Mr. J. Carder, Auckland, for a license to engage in the industry of "the manufacture for sale of footwear."

Any person who considers that he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 18th April, 1940.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been received from Precision Radio and Electrical Service, 599 Colombo Street, Christchurch, for a license to engage in the industry of "the manufacture for sale of radio receiving-sets."

Any person who considers he may be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 18th April, 1940.
