PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Manawatu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of Native land in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District, situate in Block XV, Te Kauwau Survey District, and Block III, Mount Robinson Survey District, and known as the Puketotara 334 and 335 Section 8r Block, containing 18 acres 3 roods 24·9 perches, more or less, and being part of the land in Certificate of Title, Vol. 191, folio 53, Wellington Registry.

Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licences under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Taking of Fish for Sale.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been received from Messrs. D. W., and M. N. Wells for licenses to take fish for sale at Nelson and Wellington by means of the 45 ft. vessel “Wakanui,” using set-net, dragnet, long and hand lines.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 10th April, 1940.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must make such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 10th April, 1940.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been received from Mr. Joseph Badiich for a license to conduct the business of fish retailing at premises in Waitara, Taranaki.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 10th April, 1940. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and (where applicable) include a statement showing the average monthly turnover of the business of the person making the representations, and the extent to which it is considered the granting of the application would affect such turnover.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 18th April, 1940. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and (where applicable) include a statement showing the average monthly turnover of the business of the person making the representations, and the extent to which it is considered the granting of the application would affect such turnover.
