Lieutenant Ebenezer Wallis Browne, R.N.V.R. (N.Z.), appointed to H.M.S. “Philomel” additional, for duty as Identification Officer, Wellington, vice Brackenridge, to date 7th March, 1940.
Probationary Sub-Lieutenant Kenneth Howden Webb, R.N.V.R. (N.Z.), appointed to H.M.S. “Philomel” for disposal, to date 3rd March, 1940.
Surgeon Lieutenant-Commander Arnold Perry, R.N.V.R. (N.Z.), appointed to H.M.S. “Philomel” additional, to date 16th March, 1940.
