A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a
new certificate of title for all that parcel of land
containing one acre, more or less, situated in Block XIII of
the Reefton Survey District, being part of Section 152,
Square 131, and being all the land in certificate of title,
Vol. 14, folio 281, whereof GERALD JOSEPH PEROTTI,
now deceased, is the registered proprietor, and evidence
having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate
copy of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that
it is my intention to issue such new certificate of title upon
the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.
