NOTICE is hereby given that dividends are now payable

promissory notes (if any) must be produced for endorsement
prior to the receipt of dividend:

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 210,
folio 158 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land
containing 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being Lots 105
and 106 on deposited Plan 859, and being portion of the
Kaihu 2D Block, whereof WILLIAM HENRY ERNEST
SWAIN, of Dargaville, Accountant, is the registered pro-
prietor, having been lodged with me together with an
application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu
thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such
new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of
fourteen days from the 7th day of March, 1940.

intention to dispense with production of the said outstanding
duplicate under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915,
and to register such transmission as requested after fourteen
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Court at Invercargill, dated the 16th day of February,
1940, I was appointed administrator of the estate of Michael
Patrick Feehly, the above-named deceased, under Part IV
of the said Act, and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors
to be holden at the Courthouse, Queenstown, on Friday,
the 8th day of March, 1940, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon.
All claims against the above estate must be lodged by
proof of debt with me on or before the 16th day of April,
