Land in Block XIII, Waiho Survey District, taken for
Railway Purposes.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the New Zealand
Government Railways to take land in Block XIII, Waiho
Survey District, for railway purposes (Road Motor
Services) :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section eleven of the Public Works Act,
1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 32 perches.
SECTION 3646, Block XIII, Waiho Survey District, Westland
County. (S.O. 2665.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5997,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day
of February, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Ohinemuri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
1 acre 1 rood 22 perches.
Being portion of Section 12, Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey
District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29360.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98986,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of

by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I,
George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a road the land in Christchurch Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as
a road: 2 roods 13-8 perches.
Being Lot 17, D.P. 10549 (part R.S. 711), Block X,

Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me
by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, George
Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
shall be, and the same is hereby, set apart for the purposes
of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-Te Kuiti Borough.
ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total
area of 6 acres l rood 365 perches, more or less, situated in
Block III, Otanake Survey District, being Allotment 11,
Block XIX, Te Kuiti Native Township, Lot 12, Block XIX,
D.P. 19501, being part Town of Te Kuiti, Lots 1, 3, and 4,
D.P. 9120, being parts Allotments 6 and 7, and Lots 2
and 3, D.P. 11501, being parts Allotment 14, Block XIX,
Town of Te Kuiti. As the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/34 " B," deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
February, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Kawhia
County, containing by admeasurement, 1,736 acres l rood
10 perches, more or less, and being Sections 19 and 20, Block
XIII, Pirongia Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan No. 36/6, deposited
in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington,
and thereon edged red. (Auckland plans S.O. 29466 and
S.O. 22470.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
February, 1940.
