Land proclaimed as Street in the City of Christchurch.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 acre 1 rood 35 perches.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 10904 (part Rural Section 161), City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7143.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109013, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1940.

Being part Sections 14 and 15.

Situated in Block II, Upper Kaikorai Survey District (City of Dunedin) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 2306.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108522, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of December, 1940.
