A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is taken for a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1940.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for a Worker’s Dwelling in Block XI, Mount Fyffe Survey District, Kaikoura County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 116 of the fourteenth day of the same month, at page 3401, taking land for a worker’s dwelling in Block XI, Mount Fyffe Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1940.
