Notice of Meeting of Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given that by entry in the minute-book of Taunoka Limited, made on the 10th day of December, 1940, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr. D. G. Johnston, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be nominated by the company as liquidator thereof.

And notice is also given that a meeting of the creditors of the said company will be held, pursuant to section 234 of the said Act, at the offices of Messrs. O. and R.
