IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908,
and in the matter of BOYS’ TRAINING SCHEMES (CH’CH.),
INCORPORATED.
THE following resolutions were passed at a meeting of
Boys’ Training Schemes (Ch’Ch.), Incorporated, held
on the 31st day of October, 1940, and confirmed at a further
meeting held on the 5th day of December, 1940 :—
- That this society, the Boys’ Training Schemes (Ch’Ch.),
Incorporated, be wound up voluntarily. - That Mr. T. N. GIBBS be, and he is hereby appointed
liquidator.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company, duly convened
and held on the 5th day of December, 1940, the following
special resolution was duly passed :—
- That the company be wound up voluntarily.
- That Mr. FRANK EDWARD CLARKE, of Hawera, Public
Accountant, be, and is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
AT a meeting of shareholders held on Saturday, 29th June,
1940, it was decided that the company go into voluntary
liquidation and that Mr. S. A. McSkimming be appointed
liquidator.

I, HARMAN WARREN, Secretary of Pyne, Gould,
Guinness, Limited, do solemnly and sincerely
declare :—
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £500,000 made up
as follows :—
100,000 shares of £1 each fully paid .. 100,000
In addition thereto £400,000 of Share Capital
was converted into A and B Perpetual
Debenture Stock, which rank for
payment after all creditors, but which
is part of the capital of the company .. 400,000
£500,000
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of
Estates is £187,687 7s. 3d. for the year ended 30th
September, 1940. - That the amount of all moneys paid on account of
Estates is £181,639 3s. 6d. for the year ended 30th September, - That the amount of the balance held on 30th September,
1940, to the credit of Estates under Administration is
£36,417 10s. 10d. - That the liabilities of the company on the 30th
September last were £526,144.
Debts owing to sundry persons by the company, viz.,
on judgment, nil; on specialty, nil; on terminable
debentures, £186,400; on simple contracts, £339,744;
on estimated liabilities, nil. - That the assets of the company on that day were
£1,121,218.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously
believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions
of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand entitled
the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP RESOLUTION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company, duly con-
vened and held on the 31st day of October, 1940, the following
resolution was duly passed :—
- That the company by reason of its liabilities cannot
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and
that the company be wound up voluntarily. - That Mr. VICTOR ETHELBERT DUCKERS THOMSON, of
Dunedin, Public Accountant, be, and he is hereby appointed
liquidator of the company. - That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be in
accordance with the standard scale of fees of the New Zealand
Society of Accountants.

Notice to Creditors to Prove.
THE liquidator of Vitor (N.Z.), Limited, which is being
wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 21st day of
December, 1940, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to
establish any title they may have to priority under section
258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any
distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the
case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
