N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Captain S. L. Ludbrook, M.B., Ch.B., M.R.C.P., Eng., F.R.A.C.P., from the Reserve of Officers, to be Captain, Northern Military District (unattached), with seniority from 19th September, 1934. Dated 16th November, 1940.
