Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Campbelltown Hundred, Southland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1940.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a site for a post and telegraph office over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SECTION 63, Block V, Campbelltown Hundred: Area, 3 roods 7 perches, more or less.

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Parish of Kaukapakapa, Kaipara Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1940.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a site for a landing-place: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for plantation purposes:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a landing-place to a reserve for plantation purposes.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Waitemata County, situated in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 129, Kaukapakapa Parish, bounded: Towards the east and south generally by the Kaukapakapa River; towards the west by a public road; and towards the north by other part Allotment 129, Kaukapakapa Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2273B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Waipahi Domain.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

James Stanley Divers,
Wilfred John McDowall,
Andrew Murray,
Joshua Hugh Jones, and
Thomas Edmund Whiteside

to be the Waipahi Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Waipahi School as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 12 acres 3 roods 29 perches, more or less, being Sections 1 to 7, Block VI, Sections 11, 13, and 14, Block VII, Section 1, Block XX, and closed road Section 1268R, Town of Waipahi.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the Borough of Lower Hutt (Meadows Avenue) of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of December, 1940.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Lower Hutt Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of forty-four feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed street, in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, containing by admeasurement 21Β·89 perches, more or less, being Lot 8 on D.P. 11901, being part Section 12, Hutt District, and parts Sections 12 and 13, Hutt District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109179, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
