A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Tapapa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 2 roods 12 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Okauia No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block III, Tapapa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30924.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109037, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1940.

APPROXIMATE area of the portion of road closed: 36·1 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 12, D.P. 15092, being Section 4, Block II, Kaihu Survey District, and part Kaihu No. 1 Block.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108434, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 1·3 perches.
Being part Rural Section 33579.
Situated in Block XIV, Selwyn Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7168.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106369, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, Marlborough County, containing by admeasurement 996 acres, more or less, being Section 6, Block X, Onamalutu Survey District, and being formerly part of Small Grazing Run 155. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 110/5, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1940.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Otorohanga County, containing by admeasurement 544 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being Sections 9 and 12, Block XII, Wharepapa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 37/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
