Constituting Arapae Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Arapae Development Scheme.

Timber Control Notice No. 26.—Notice under the Supply Control Emergency Regulations 1939, and the Timber Emergency Regulations 1939.

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the Supply Control Emergency Regulations 1939, and the Timber Emergency Regulations 1939, 1, Alexander Robert Entrican, Timber Controller, hereby direct and require as follows:—

(1) No person, proprietor, or owner shall sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any timber materials being the product of the Westland, Grey, and Inangahua Counties to any person, proprietor, or owner in, or ordinarily resident in, the Southland Land District and that portion of Otago Land District, excluding the area within Waitaki and Waihemo Counties, save with the precedent consent of the Timber Controller.

(2) No person, proprietor, or owner shall sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any timber materials being the product of the Westland, Grey, and Inangahua Counties if he has
