Appointing a Member of the Napier Harbour Board.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Harbours Act, 1923, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Norman Matthias Paulsen to be a member of the Napier Harbour Board as a representative of the electors of the combined district of the Borough of Waipawa and the Waipawa County in place of Albert Edward Jull, deceased, to hold office until the first Wednesday in May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 26th day of November, 1940.

Appointment of Member of the Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council has been pleased, in pursuance of section 2 (1)(f) of the National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum Amendment Act, 1936, to appoint Ernest William Hunt, Esquire, of Wellington, to be a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum for a term of three years, in the place of Sir Harold Beauchamp, Kt., deceased.
