Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, containing by admeasurement 346 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, being part of Waimarino Defence Training-ground, situated in Block IV, Manganui Survey District, bounded: Towards the east by the Te Kuiti-Bulls Road, towards the south by Waimarino 4B No. 1, towards the west by the Main Trunk Railway, and towards the north by the abutment of a road and Sections 1 and 2, Block XII, Town of Waimarino.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, containing by admeasurement 11,655 acres, more or less, being part of Waimarino Defence Training-ground, situated in Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District, Block IV, Manganui Survey District, Block I, Ruapehu Survey District, and Blocks X, XI, XIII, and XIV, Tongariro Survey District, bounded: Commencing at a point on the eastern side of Te Kuiti-Bulls Road distant 219.1 links bearing 79° 41' 30" from the intersection of the west side of the said road with the Main Trunk Railway approximately 165 chains north of the junction of the aforesaid road and Waimarino-Rotoaira Road; towards the north-west by permanent State forest distance 36445 links bearing 79° 41' 30", distance 2350 links bearing 27° 36', distance 11572 links bearing 2° 59' 30", distance 6984 links bearing 88° 02' 30", distance 3044 links bearing 80° 28' 30"; again towards the north-west by Taurere No. 2B, 7945 links to trig. station Okupata; thence towards the north-east by permanent State forest, distance 9336.1 links bearing 138° 16' 25" to Waimarino-Rotoaira Road; thence towards the south-east and south by that road; thence generally towards the west by Section 14 and part Section 13, Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District, and the aforesaid Te Kuiti-Bulls Road to the point of commencement; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108822, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 39 perches.
Being part Parua Block.
Situated in Block XV, Whangarei Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30703.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107081, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of November, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
