CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Maori Gully (Kokiri)
Gold Dredging Company, Limited, has changed its
name to Maori Gold, Limited, and that the new name was
this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of
the former name.

BRAMLEY OIL REFINERIES (N.Z.), LTD.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, pursuant to
section 222, and in the matter of BRAMLEY OIL REFIN-
ERIES (N.Z.), LTD. (under Receiver), in Liquidation.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above company duly convened and held
on the 17th day of January, 1940, the following extraordinary
resolution was duly passed:-
"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind
up the same and that, accordingly, the company be
wound up voluntarily."

THE Stafford Gold Dredging (N.L.) hereby gives notice
in accordance with section 338 (2) of the Companies
Act, 1933, that having gone into voluntary liquidation on
17th April, 1939, it intends to cease having a place of
business in New Zealand.

THE MILBURN PATENT FLAX STRIPPER, LTD.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders
and a subsequent meeting of creditors of the above-
named company the following extraordinary resolutions
were passed:-
"It having been proved to the satisfaction of the
shareholders of the Milburn Patent Flax Stripper, Ltd.,
that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue to trade and that it is advisable to wind up the
same it is hereby resolved that the company be wound
up voluntarily.
"That ALFRED LAMBERT PIKE, Public Accountant, of
Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for
the purposes of such winding up and that he be allowed
scale fees as fixed by the New Zealand Society of
Accountants."
