APPLICA TION having been made to me for the issue of
a new certificate of title in the name of ELIZABETH
STEVENSON, Wife of JOHN STEVENSON, of Dunback,
Miner, for l rood, more or less, being Section 5, Block XII,
Town of Palmerston, and being all the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Vol. 18, folio 125, Otago
Registry, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of
the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that it is
my intention to issue such new certificate of title at the
expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.

that pursuant to the provisions of subsection 2 of section 9
of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans
Conversion Act, 1932-33, a resolution was duly passed at
a special meeting of the Lower Mangapiko Drainage Board
held on the 18th day of January, 1940, and confirmed at a
meeting of the said Board held on the lst day of February,
1940, providing for the issue under Part II of the said Act
of new securities in conversion of existing securities issued
in respect of the loans set forth in the First Schedule of
the Lower Mangapiko Drainage Board Loans Conversion
Order 1939, No. 1, as published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 59 of 3rd August, 1939, at page 2103.
