IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the above-named company (in liquidation) will be held, pursuant to section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933, at the offices of Messieurs Harris, Marsack, and Hall, Solicitors, Miriama Street, Taumarunui, on Monday, the 11th day of November, 1940, at 10 a.m., in the forenoon, for the purpose of laying before it final accounts showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 11th day of October, 1940, it was resolved by the above-named company, in the manner provided by section 300 (1) of the Companies Act, 1933, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that the company nominate HARRY CHARLES ROBINSON, of Auckland, Public Accountant, to be liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

And notice is hereby further given, pursuant to section 234 (2) of the said Act, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Chamber of Commerce (Lower Room), Swanson Street, Auckland, on Monday, the 21st day of October, 1940, at 11 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Prove.

THE liquidator of Downs Limited, which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 7th day of November, 1940, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
