And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the said Education Board in Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, and at the Public School at Tawata, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary of the Education Board of the District of Wanganui, at his office, 257 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

Part of No. 2 Block, Tawata Native Reserve, situate in Block VI, Retaruke Survey District, containing 7 acres 1 rood 15 perches, more or less.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court dated the 11th day of October, 1940, confirming the reduction of capital of the above named company from £6,000 to £3,000 and the minute approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above Statue, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 14th day of October, 1940.

HAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
SECURITY RATE AERODROME LOAN, 1940, &12,500.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Hamilton Borough Council hereby resolves :-
" That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund on a loan not exceeding £12,500, authorized to be raised by the Hamilton Borough Council under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, and the Waikato Airport Act, 1939, and any other powers thereunto it enabling, to be expended for the purposes of purchasing land, buildings, plant, and stock or the construction of buildings for the purposes of an aerodrome at Rukuhia, including legal fees, valuation fees, survey charges, compensation, and other costs involved in the acquisition of the land and the raising of the loan, the said Hamilton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-tenth of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property in the Borough of Hamilton; and such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period not exceeding thirty years or until the loan is fully paid off." I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council held the 2nd day of October, 1940.
