Land set apart as an Addition to the Otago Museum Endowment.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being areas adjacent to or intersecting the Otago Museum Endowment, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 1524B, Block VI, Silverpeak Survey District: Area, 5 acres 3 roods 28 perches, more or less.
Also Section 1525B, Block VI, Silverpeak Survey District: Area, 6 acres 3 roods 29 perches, more or less.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 7,552 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less, being Run 520, Block VI, Silverpeak Survey District, bounded: Towards the north by Block VIII and part of Block IX, Silverpeak Survey District, 22670 links; towards the north-east by Block VII, Silverpeak Survey District, 18468 links; towards the south and south-east by parts of Blocks V and IV, Silverpeak Survey District, a road reserve along Christmas Creek, and a railway reserve 38000 links; and towards the west generally by a railway reserve and a road reserve along the Taieri River and Three O’clock Creek, 49600 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less, and excepting out of the above-described area all intersecting public and closed road-lines, allowance for which has been made in the area. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/9/8B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of October, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 49 and 53, Block XV, Kaupokonui Survey District: Area, 1 rood 1·7 perches, more or less.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 7 acres 0 roods 3·2 perches, more or less, being part Lot 3, D.P. 325, and being part Section 22, Block XV, Kaupokonui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan L. and S. 23/360B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1940.

ALLOTMENT 153, Kopuru Parish: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 37 perches, more or less.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 206 acres 3 roods 29 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 137, Kopuru Parish, and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 154, folio 120, Auckland Registry. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 20/265B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of October, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—HUTT COUNTY.—BLOCK XIV, BELMONT SURVEY DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 3S, 6S, 7S, 8S, and 15S, Waddington Settlement: Area, 21 acres 1 rood 33 perches. (S.O. plan No. 42/85.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1940.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
