A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 11·1 perches.
Being part Hoe-o-Tainui North 6B 2& 1 Block.
Situated in Block XII, Hapuakohe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30310.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108713, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1940.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block IX, Oparara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block IX, Oparara Survey District, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only Sections 29, 58, part 56, and part 57, Square 159, Block IX, Oparara Survey District.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the southern boundary of and 50 links west of the south-eastern corner of Section 29, Square 159, Block IX, Oparara Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 29·2 chains and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Sections 29, 58, part 56, and part 57, Square 159, Block IX, Oparara Survey District— and terminating at a point on the northern boundary of and 50 links west of the north-eastern corner of Section 58, Square 159, Block IX, Oparara Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Nelson Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109041, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1940.

Proclaiming certain Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

PURSUANT to section nine of the Native Purposes Act, 1939, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area of land situate in Block II, Ruakaka Survey District, containing by admeasurement a total of 4 acres 2 roods 22 perches, more or less, being those parts of the Takahiwai No. 5D 1 Block containing respectively 2 acres 0 roods 6 perches and 1 acre 3 roods 22 perches, part of the Takahiwai No. 5D 2 Block containing 16 perches, and part of the Takahiwai No. 4C Block (closed road-line) containing 2 roods 18 perches. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan lodged at the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland under No. 12987 (red).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of October, 1940.
