LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 202, folio 73 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land being parts of Lots 13 and 14 of the subdivision of Lots 27, 28, 29, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40 of Allotment 1 of the Parish of Whangarei, in favour of GEORGE COPPIN MARSHALL, of Whangarei, Grocer, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 10th day of October, 1940.
