Also all that street or portion of street in the Nightcaps Town District, commencing at the southern boundary of the said town district and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction via High Street and terminating at the junction of High Street and Johnston Road, being a distance of 25 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107255, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Riverton-Tuatapere.—All that road or portion of road in the Wallace County, commencing at the western boundary of the Borough of Riverton and proceeding thence generally in a westerly and northerly direction via Orepuki and terminating at its junction with the Argyle-Tuatapere Main Highway at the Tuatapere Railway-station, being a distance of 29 miles 58 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Also all that street or portion of street in the Riverton Borough, commencing at the southern end of the Riverton Bridge over the Aparima River and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction and terminating at the western boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 30 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107376, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Willowbank - Matheson's Corner.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at its junction with the Rae's Junction - McNab Main Highway at Willow-bank and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly and north-easterly direction via Waikaka and terminating at the eastern boundary of the Southland County at the north-eastern corner of Section 4, Block 11, Greenvale Survey District, being a distance of 12 miles 78 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Mataura-Wyndham-Letterbox.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at the southern boundary of the Mataura Borough and proceeding thence generally in a southerly and south-westerly direction along the left bank of the Mataura River and passing through Wyndham and Glenham, but excluding that portion in the Wyndham Town District, and terminating at its junction with the Kennington-Waikawa Main Highway, being a distance of 19 miles 41 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Also all those streets or portions of streets in the Wyndham Town District, commencing at the eastern boundary of the said town district and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction via Ferry Street to its junction with Balaklava Street, recommencing at the junction of Redan Street and Balaklava Street, and proceeding south-easterly via Balaklava Street and terminating at the south-eastern boundary of the said town district, being a distance of 57 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107254, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Also all those streets or portions of streets in the Mataura Borough, commencing at the junction of Denbigh Street and Bridge Street and proceeding thence generally in an easterly and south-westerly direction via Bridge Street, Kana Street, and Wyndham Road and terminating at the southern boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 60 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107250, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Gore-Waiparu via Pyramid.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at the northern boundary of the Gore Borough and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction via Chatton, Otama, and Pyramid and terminating at its junction with the Riversdale-Waiakaia Main Highway at the south-western corner of Section 14, Block IV, Wendon Survey District, being a distance of 25 miles 27 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Also all those streets or portions of streets in the Gore Borough, commencing at the intersection of Oxford Street and River Terrace and proceeding thence generally in a
northerly direction via River Terrace and Woolwich Street and terminating at the northern boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 66 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107253, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Makarewa-Browns-Limehills.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at its junction with the Queenstown-Invercargill Main Highway at the north-eastern corner of Section 26, Block XIII, Invercargill Hundred, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction to its junction with the Winton-Gore Main Highway at the north-eastern corner of Section 19, Block III, Winton Hundred, recommencing at its junction with the said Winton-Gore Main Highway in Section 100, Block VII, Forest Hill Hundred, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly and westerly direction and terminating at its junction with the Queenstown-Invercargill Main Highway at the north-eastern corner of Section 1, Block V, Winton Hundred, being a distance of 23 miles 14 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Hillside-Manapouri - Te Anau.—All that road or portion of road in the Wallace County, commencing at its junction with the Lumsden - Te Anau - Milford Sound Main Highway at Hillside and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction to a point opposite the post-office at Manapouri and continuing thence in a north-easterly direction via the Manapouri - Te Anau Road and terminating at its junction with the Lumsden - Te Anau - Milford Sound Main Highway south of the village of Marakura, being a distance of 22 miles 30 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107256, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Tuatapere-Clifden-Orawia.—All that road or portion of road in the Wallace County, commencing at its junction with the Argyle-Tuatapere Main Highway in Tuatapere Township and proceeding thence generally in a northerly and south-easterly direction and terminating at its junction with the Winton-Ohai-Orawia Main Highway in the vicinity of the Orawia Post-office, being a distance of 15 miles 4 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Edendale - Seaward Downs.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at its junction with the Edendale-Wyndham-Mokoreta Main Highway in Edendale and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction and terminating at its junction with the Kennington-Waikawa Main Highway at Seaward Downs, being a distance of 5 miles 14 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Makarewa-Lochiel.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at its junction with the Makarewa-Browns-Limehills Main Highway in Block 13, Invercargill Hundred, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction by way of Wilson's Crossing Lochiel Road and terminating at its junction with the Queenstown-Invercargill Main Highway in Section 21, Block I, Winton Hundred, being a distance of 8 miles, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 101306, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Invercargill-Fortrose.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at the eastern boundary of the South Invercargill Borough and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction via Gorge Road and terminating at its junction with the Kennington-Waikawa Main Highway in Section 11, Block VIII, Toetoes Survey District, being a distance of 23 miles 18 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Also all that street or portion of street in the South Invercargill Borough, commencing at the intersection of Brown Street and Scott Street and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction via Scott Street and terminating at the eastern boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 1 mile 37 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 71278, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
