Dunedin—Duke’s Road Railway-station.—All those roads or portions of roads in the East Taieri Survey District of Taieri County, commencing at the south-western boundary of Section 3, Block XIV, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly and then south-westerly direction along the old Dunstan Road to the north-western corner of Section 9, Block IX, then continuing along the road on the southern boundaries of Irregular Block and Block XV, to the south-western corner of Section 6, Block XV, proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction along Gordon Road and terminating at its junction with the Mosgiel-Middlemarch-Dunback Main Highway at the south-western corner of Section 6, Block X, being a distance of 4 miles 3 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 106590, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Balclutha—Wangaloa.—All that road or portion of road in the Bruce County, commencing at the south-eastern boundary of the Borough of Balclutha and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction and terminating at the western boundary of the Borough of Kaitangata, being a distance of 5 miles 20 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 71585, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that road or portion of road in the Bruce County, commencing at the eastern boundary of the Borough of Kaitangata and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction and terminating in the vicinity of the Wangaloa Telephone Office on the south-eastern boundary of L.T. 2278, Block VIII, Kaitangata Survey District, being a distance of 3 miles 55 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 88479, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Also all that street or portion of street in the Balclutha Borough, commencing at the junction of Clutha Street and Hasborough Place and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction via Hasborough Place and terminating at the south-eastern boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 60 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 71271, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all those streets or portions of streets in the Borough of Kaitangata, commencing at the western boundary of the said borough and proceeding thence generally in an easterly, north-easterly, and easterly direction via Clyde Terrace, Exmouth Street, Eddystone Street, Brankssea Street, and an unnamed road and terminating at the eastern boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 1 mile 51 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 71704, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and yellow.

Roxburgh—Miller’s Flat.—All that road or portion of road in the Tuapeka County, commencing at the north-eastern boundary of the Roxburgh Borough at the Clutha River Bridge and proceeding via the said Clutha River Bridge and the left bank of the Clutha River generally in a southerly direction and terminating at a point opposite the Roxburgh Railway-station, being a distance of 1 mile 20 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 71593, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that road or portion of road in the Tuapeka County, commencing at a point opposite the Roxburgh Railway-station and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction along the left bank of the Clutha River and terminating at its junction with the Miller’s Flat Railway-station Main Highway at Miller’s Flat, being a distance of 10 miles, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 91047, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Also all those streets or portions of streets in the Borough of Roxburgh, commencing at the junction of Scotland Street and Jedburgh Street and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction via Jedburgh Street and Cheviot Street and terminating at the north-eastern boundary of the said borough at the Clutha River Bridge, being a distance of 20 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 71275, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Balclutha—Kaka Point.—All that road or portion of road in the Clutha County, commencing at the southern boundary of the Balclutha Borough and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction via Otanomomo and the Township of Molyneux and terminating at the southernmost corner of Section 4, Block 2, South Molyneux Survey District, being a distance of 12 miles 40 chains, more or less;

as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 73353, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all those streets or portions of streets in the Borough of Balclutha, commencing at the junction of Renfrew Street and the Main South Road and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction by way of Renfrew, Douglas, Baxter, and Stewart Streets, thence along the street between Blocks VIII and IX, Town of Balclutha, crossing the Catlins Branch Railway, thence along the right bank of the Koau branch of the Clutha River, and terminating at the southern boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 73 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 97466, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

HIGHWAY DISTRICT NO. 18.

Dunedin—Gore.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at the eastern boundary of the said county at the eastern boundary of Section 17, Block VI, Waikaka Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly and southerly direction and terminating at the northern boundary of the Borough of Gore, being a distance of 9 miles 44 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all those streets or portions of streets in the Borough of Gore, commencing at the northern boundary of the said borough at the intersection of Boundary Road and Hamilton Street and proceeding thence generally in a southerly and westerly direction via Hamilton Street, Oxford Street, River Terrace, Huron Street, Railway Esplanade, the Mataura River Bridge, and Medway Street and terminating at the junction of Medway Street and Main Street, being a distance of 1 mile 50 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107253, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red, and marked B-A.

Gore—Invercargill.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at the south-western boundary of the Gore Borough and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction via Mataura, Edendale, Dacre, and Kennington, but excluding that portion in the Mataura Borough, and terminating at the eastern boundary of the City of Invercargill, being a distance of 35 miles 14 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107249, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that street or portion of street in the Gore Borough, commencing at the intersection of Medway Street and Main Street and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction via Main Street and terminating at the south-western boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 1 mile 16 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107253, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, thereon coloured red, and marked A-C.

Also all those streets or portions of streets in the Mataura Borough, commencing at the northern boundary of the said borough and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction via Selbourne Street, Denbigh Street, Main Street, and Durham Street and terminating at the south-western boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 2 miles 45 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107250, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Invercargill—Bluff.—All that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at the north-western corner of Lot 1, Block V, Invercargill City, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction via Bluff Road and terminating at the south-western corner of Lot 55, Block 44, Clifton Hundred, being a distance of 1 mile 60 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 99472, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Also all that road or portion of road in the Southland County, commencing at the south-western corner of Lot 55, Block 44, Clifton Hundred, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly, south-westerly, and southerly direction via Woodend and Greenhills and terminating at the north-western boundary of the Bluff Borough, being a distance of 12 miles 14 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 107961, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
