NOTICE is hereby given that dividends are now payable
in the undermentioned estates on all proved claims;
promissory notes (if any) to be produced for endorsement
prior to the receipt of the dividend :-

and final dividend of 1¾d. in the pound.

Shearman, Percy, and Myers, Leopold Skelton, of Wanganui,
Grocers, trading in partnership as the “Meadow
Stores”—Supplementary dividend of 1¾d. in the pound,
making a total of 10s. 3¾d. in the pound.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 226,
folio 16 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land
being Lot 16 on Deposited Plan No. 7510 and being portion
of Allotment 365 of the Parish of Te Rapa, whereof
WILLIAM JOHN HARRISON, of Te Kuiti, Railway
Employee, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with
me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate
of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention
to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the
expiration of fourteen days from the 3rd day of October,
1940.

give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as
requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.
