NOTICE is hereby given that Bundi Tin Dredging Company (No Liability), in liquidation, will cease to have a place of business in New Zealand at the expiration of three calendar months from the 26th day of September, 1940.

PURSUANT to the provisions of sections 234 and 300 (7) of the Companies Act, 1933, The Matarawa Land Co., Ltd., a private company, having its registered office at Napier, and now in voluntary liquidation, hereby summons a meeting of its creditors, and hereby gives notice that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Messrs. McCulloch, Butler, and Spence, Public Accountants, Tennyson Street, Napier, on Thursday, 3rd October, at 2.15 p.m.

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that MORRIS STEWART SPENCE and FRANK RANDOLPH SEATON ASHTON, both of Napier, Public Accountants, either of whom may act in the premises, be, and are hereby appointed liquidators of the company.”

NOTICE TO DEBENTURE HOLDERS OF INTENTION TO EXERCISE OPTION.
In the matter of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loan Conversion Act, 1932–33, and the Christchurch City Loans Conversion Order, 1934.
IN pursuance of section 16 (1) of the Christchurch City Loans Conversion Order, 1934, and the terms under which the securities authorized by the said Order were issued, the Christchurch City Council, at its meeting held on the 23rd day of September, 1940, resolved to exercise the option contained in the debentures normally maturing on the 31st day of March, 1945, and the 31st day of March, 1946, and hereby gives notice of intention to redeem on the 31st day of March, 1941, debentures numbered three thousand two hundred and seventy-three (3273) to three thousand three hundred and sixty-four (3364), three thousand five hundred and seventy-nine (3579) to three thousand five hundred and eighty-one (3581), three thousand five hundred and eighty-three (3583) to three thousand six hundred and seventy-five (3675) and three thousand six hundred and seventy-seven (3677) to three thousand seven hundred and twenty (3720), all numbers inclusive, of the Christchurch City Conversion Loan, 1935, and interest thereon will cease on the said 31st day of March, 1941.
