Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Taking of Fish for Sale.

APPLICATIONS have been received from—

(1) E. S. Soutter (sen.), Auckland, for a license to take fish for sale at Auckland, by means of the 43 ft. fishing vessel “Sea Wolf,” using long and hand lines and set-nets.

(2) E. Harrison, Otahuhu, for a license to take fish for sale at Auckland, by means of the fishing vessel “Tui,” using long and hand lines and set-nets.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 3rd October, 1940.

(2) E. and W. Rihari, Kerikeri, for licenses to take fish for sale at Kerikeri, by means of the fishing vessel “Kereru,” using long and hand lines and set-nets.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 10th October, 1940.
