Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee.
NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed William Charles Neal of the Public Trust Office, Gisborne, to be deputy of the District Public Trustee, Gisborne, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters from any cause, and all previous warrants appointing any deputy of the said District Public Trustee have been revoked.

The Lemon Marketing Regulations 1940.—Notice Fixing Prices of certain Grades.

Wellington, 26th September, 1940.
PURSUANT to Regulation 5 : 1 of the Lemon Marketing Regulations 1940, I hereby fix the following prices per bushel to be paid by the Marketing Department for lemons of fancy grade and commercial grade respectively delivered to the Department during the undermentioned period.
The prices are fixed on an average basic price of 6s. 6d. for sufficient fruit which when cured will pack a bushel case.
Period of delivery (both days inclusive) : 1st October to 15th October, 1940—
Loose packed fresh lemons, Fancy Grade .. 4 8
Loose packed fresh lemons, Commercial Grade .. 4 0

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, notice has been received that

has been duly elected to be a member of the Kaikohe Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations, vice Herbert Martin Rockell, resigned.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, notice has been received that

have been duly elected to be members of the Kokatahi-Koiterangi-Arahura Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations.

Declaring Additional Area to be Part of the Toko District Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be part of the Toko District Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area, defined by notice given under my hand on the 26th day of June, 1940, and published in the Gazette on the 27th day of June, 1940, at page 1587, do hereby declare the additional area of land defined in the said Schedule to be part of the Toko District Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area accordingly, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 3rd day of October, 1940.
SCHEDULE.
TOKO DISTRICT BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.—ADDITIONAL AREA.
ALL that area of land situated within the Stratford County and bounded by a line commencing at the eastern corner of Section 22, Block IX, Ngatimaru Survey District; thence continuing in an easterly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections 7, Block IX aforesaid, 5, 8, and 9, Block X aforesaid, to a point where it meets the Stratford County boundary; thence following the county boundary in a northerly direction to a point where it meets the Mohakau Road; thence following the said road in a north-westerly, then south-westerly direction to a point where it meets the Kiore Road; thence following the Kiore Road in a westerly direction to the north-west corner of Section 10, Block IX, Ngatimaru Survey District; thence following the western boundary of Section 10, then westerly along the northern boundaries of Sections 16, 17, and 4, Block IX aforesaid; thence continuing along the northern boundaries of Sections 24, 13, 14, and 15, Block XII, Huiroa Survey District, to a point where it meets the Kaikoura Road; thence following the said road in a north-westerly direction to a point where it meets the northern boundary of Section 25, Block XII, Huiroa Survey District; thence continuing along the northern, then the western boundary of Section 25, Block XII, Huiroa Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of Sections 22 and 3s, Block XII, Huiroa Survey District; thence westerly along the northern boundary, then southerly along the western boundary of Section 14, Block XI, Huiroa Survey District, to a point where it meets the Makuri Road; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 28, 26, and 27, Block XV, Huiroa Survey District, to a point where it joins the south-west corner of Section 27 aforesaid; thence from this point continuing in a generally easterly direction along the boundary of the Toko District Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area as previously gazetted to the point where it meets the eastern corner of Section 22, Block IX, Ngatimaru Survey District, being the original point of commencement.
