(c) Authority to require or direct owners of electric lines or works
or of electric materials to furnish such information and
particulars in relation thereto, at such times, and in such
form and manner, as the Controller thinks fit :

(d) Authority to disconnect, dismantle, or remove any electric
line or work or electric materials, whether affixed to any
land or not, or to require the owners thereof so to do :

(e) Authority to require or direct owners of electric lines or works
or of electric materials to supply or transfer the whole or
any part thereof to His Majesty the King or to any other
person, in such quantities, at such places, at such times
or intervals, in such order of urgency, and generally in such
manner as the Controller thinks fit :

(f) To require or direct owners of electric lines or works or of
electric materials not to use, dispose of, part with possession
or control of, or otherwise deal with electric lines or works
or electric materials except with the precedent consent of
the Controller or in accordance with his directions :

(g) Authority at any time and from time to time to remove and
appoint persons or committees, boards, managers, engineers,
or other persons exercising or performing or appointed to
exercise or perform any powers, privileges, rights, duties,
responsibilities, or functions whatsoever in the electrical
industry or any other industry that is subject to his juris-
diction or to substitute any method of control for any other
method of control, as he may from time to time think fit :

(h) Authority to delegate under the principal regulations to any
person appointed under the last preceding paragraph or to
any other person such of his powers, privileges, rights,
duties, responsibilities, and functions as he thinks fit :

(i) Authority to control, appoint, dismiss, transfer, suspend, and
otherwise deal with every person engaged in the generation,
transmission, storage, or distribution of electrical energy in
every respect as if he were his employer, but without regard
to the provisions of any contract, award, or statute restricting
or limiting or controlling the actions of such employer :

(j) Authority to generate electrical energy or mechanical power by
any process without further authority than this regulation,
and for that purpose to use any waters and to exercise all
or any of the powers able to be conferred upon the Minister
of Public Works under the Public Works Act, 1928, or any
other Act :

(k) Authority to buy and sell electrical energy.
