NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the Lands Office, Te Kuiti, at 2.30 o'clock p.m. on Thursday, 30th March, 1939, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SECTION 6, Block XVIII : Area, 1 acre 3 roods 23 perches. Upset price, £100.

A steep section situated in Hetet Street approximately one mile from Te Kuiti Post-office. Suitable as a residential site.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for sale for cash by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth, on Wednesday, 29th March, 1939, at 10.30 o'clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

Whangamomona County.-Town of Tahora.-Block VI, Pouatu Survey District.
SECTION 23 : Area, 1 rood. Upset price, £12.
Weighted with £300 (payable in cash) for improvements, comprising dwelling of four rooms and wash-house, with shop attached.
This section, which is a good level one, is situated on the Tahora Road.
Terms of Sale.
One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown grant fee of £1, within thirty days thereafter.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 6, folio 106 (Marlborough Registry), for all that parcel of land containing 1 acre 1 rood and 18 perches, more or less, being part of Section 45, District of Opawa, and being also part of Lot 16 on deposited plan No. 5, together with a right-of-way over the piece of land coloured green on the plan on the said certificate of title, whereof MICHAEL MAHER, of Blenheim, Horse-trainer, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 16th day of February, 1939.
