A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a
re-entry by THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE as lessor under
Memorandum of Lease No. 11350, of all that parcel of land
containing 59 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, situate
in Block X, Karioi Survey District, and being part of the
Native Land Court Subdivision known as Rangiwa ea No. 4r
No. 11B No. 2, and being all the land comprised in certificate
of title, Vol. 291, folio 170, and part of the land comprised
in Memorandum of Lease No. 11350 (Wellington Registry),
of which ELIZABETH PERHAM, the wife of RICHARD
FREDERICK PERHAM, of Rangataua, Sawmiller, is the regis-
tered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register such
re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

E VIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the
Renewable Lease, Register-book Vol. 228, folio 146
(Otago Registry), for Sections 92A, 92B, and 92C, Awamoko
District, whereof WILFRED JAMES KING and ERNEST
HENRY KING, both of Awamoko, Farmers, are the regis-
tered lessees and application having been made to me for
the issue of a provisional renewable lease in lieu thereof, I
hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such pro-
visional renewable lease accordingly at the expiration of
fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.

loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I
shall issue a new certificate of title as requested, upon the
