is payable in cash, or, after payment of a deposit of £62,
the balance of £550 may be secured on mortgage to the
State Advances Corporation of New Zealand payable over a
period of twenty years by quarterly instalments of principal
and interest combined with interest at the rate ruling at the
date of selection, subject to a rebate of ¼ per cent. for payment
of the instalments on or before fourteen days after the due
dates thereof. Selector will require to meet the costs of
preparation and registration of the mortgage, amounting to
£3 19s.

A grazing proposition situated on No. 3 Road, Te Puke,
eight miles from Te Puke Post-office and Saleyards, and seven
miles from Te Puke School, Railway-station, and Dairy
Factory ; access by formed pumice road from Te Puke.
Property comprises approximately 107 acres of easy undulating
country in grass (ragwort-infested), balance being steep and
broken in its natural state (bush). The soil is light loam
resting on rhyolite and pumice formation ; watered by
creeks. Ragwort is serious and requires immediate attention.

NOTE.—This property is not considered to be suitable as
a separate holding and is offered as a run-off only.

Special Condition.—No standing timber to be felled or
removed without the consent in writing of the Land Board
first being obtained.
