Notice as to the Making of By-laws under the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Amendment Act, 1933.—(Notice No. Ag. 3676).

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Amendment Act, 1933, as amended by section 4 of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, of the making by the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association (Inc.), on the 27th day of July, 1939, and of the approval by the Governor-General on the 16th day of August, 1939, of by-laws under the above-entitled Act, controlling the admission of persons to any place used or occupied by the said association for any meeting, show, exhibition, competition, or entertainment, held by the said association, which said by-laws came into force on the last-mentioned date.
The by-laws made by the Feilding Industrial, Agricultural, and Pastoral Association on the 25th day of October, 1935, and published in the Gazette on the 21st day of November, 1935, at page 3383, are substantially the same as the by-laws made by the first-mentioned association.

New Zealand Fruit-export Control Board.
DECLARATION OF ELECTION OF PRODUCERS' REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE OTAGO-CANTERBURY PROVINCIAL DISTRICTS.
THOMAS McALISTER DRAIN, Returning Officer for the purposes of the Fruit Control Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, hereby declare Frederick George Duncan who was the only person nominated on the 17th day of August, 1939, as a producers' representative for the Otago-Canterbury Provincial Districts on the New Zealand Fruit-export Control Board, to be duly elected to be the producers' representative for those districts on the said Board.

Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee.

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921-22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Ivan Stuart Wallace of the Public Trust Office, Gisborne, to be deputy of the District Public Trustee, Gisborne, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters from any cause, and all previous warrants appointing any deputy of the said District Public Trustee have been revoked.
