SCHEDULE.

MOTUKARARA BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.

ALL that area of land lying entirely within the
Counties of Waiwera, Akaroa, Mount Herbert, Hals-
well, and Springs, and bounded by a line commencing
at the farm occupied by C. Jones at the Birdling’s
Flats on the southern foreshore of the Banks
Peninsula; thence taking a straight line across country
generally in a northerly direction to meet Trig. Station
No. KK 35075; thence from this point continuing a
straight line across country in a north-easterly direction
to the farm occupied by O. Bradley on the foreshore
of Charteris Bay, Lyttelton Harbour; thence continu-
ing along the foreshore of the said bay to the
settlement of Allandale on the foreshore of Governor’s
Bay, Lyttelton Harbour, to and including the farm
occupied by C. Jagger; thence from this point
continuing a line in a westerly direction to the summit
of the Port Hills crossing the Port Hills Summit
Highway and continuing down the spur of the hills
to meet the Halswell River at Goodwins Bridge; thence
following the Halswell River Canal to Hodgen’s
Bridge; thence from this point continuing along the
Greenpark Road to and including the farm occupied
by I. Harris; thence from this point, back to the
point at Hodgen’s Bridge; thence following the Hals-
well River Canal to its termination at Lake Ellesmere;
thence continuing along the foreshore of the said lake
in an easterly direction to meet Section 13, Block III,
Waiwera Survey District; thence from this point
taking a straight line to the coast-line facing the South
Pacific Ocean, and from this point continuing along the
said coast-line to the farm occupied by C. Jones at
Birdling’s Flat, the original point of commencement.

Pool Committee.

NOTICE has been received under the hand of the
Chairman of the Rawene Bobby Calf Pool
Committee established by the Bobby Calf Marketing
Regulations 1939, that

Stanley Horace King, and

have been duly elected to be members of the said
committee pursuant to the provisions in that behalf of
the said regulations.
