provided, the amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into
operation on the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
nine.
- By amending that portion of the First Schedule to the said regulations relating to the Second Division in the manner following, that is to say :-
(i) By omitting from Class 1 the classification of tablet porters and porters in charge and substituting in lieu thereof the following:-
