NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of the above-described regulations under the above-entitled Act.

Appointment of Officer for Purposes of Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, appointed Graham William Massingham, of Wellington, to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act in respect of the Wellington Acclimatization District.

Revocation of Appointment of a Garage-proprietor for issue of Warrants of Fitness.
IN terms of regulation eleven of the Traffic Regulations, 1936, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, Robert Semple, Minister of Transport, do hereby revoke the approval of the person and firm described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of the issue of Warrants of Fitness for motor-vehicles.

Commissioner of the Taieri River Trust appointed.
WHEREAS by Warrant dated the 3rd day of December, 1934, and published in Gazette No. 90 of the 6th day of the same month, James Moncrieff Smith, Esquire, Fields Superintendent, Agriculture Department, Dunedin, was appointed a Commissioner of the Taieri River Trust in terms of section 3 of the Taieri River Improvement Act, 1920:
And whereas the said James Moncrieff Smith has resigned on account of the fact that he is leaving the district and it is considered expedient to appoint another Commissioner in lieu of the said James Moncrieff Smith:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee Martin, the Minister of Agriculture, acting for and on behalf of Robert Semple, the Minister of Public Works, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 3 of the Taieri River Improvement Act, 1920, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby cancel the appointment of the said James Moncrieff Smith to be a Commissioner of the Taieri River Trust and do hereby appoint John William Woodcock, Esquire, Fields Superintendent, Agriculture Department, Dunedin, to be a Commissioner of the Taieri River Trust.
