IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Gisborne Land District, ex officio,

His Worship the Mayor of Gisborne, ex officio,

The Chairman of the Cook County Council, ex officio,

Claude Herbert Williams,

Howard Kenway,

Thomas Todd,

Arapeta Rongo Whakaata, and

Dairympie Guthrie Robertson

to be the Donner's Bush Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at ten o'clock a.m., as the time when, and the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Gisborne, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—DONNER'S BUSH DOMAIN.

All that area containing by admeasurement 15 acres, more or less, situated in Block III, Turanganui, and Block XV, Waimata Survey Districts, being portion of Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Gisborne under No. 2848, and being part of the Whataupoko No. 9 Block, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 88, folio 248, Gisborne Registry.
