is hereby cancelled and the following substituted:-
Cheviot Wellington Dillon Bell (late Lieutenant,
Regular Army Reserve of Officers) to be Flight
Lieutenant and is posted to the Royal New Zealand
Air Force Reserve of Officers, Section I, Class B,
with seniority from 14th June, 1923. Dated
12th July, 1939.

to be a member of the Land Board of the North Auckland
Land District for a term of two years as from 20th July, 1939.
