A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Paekakariki Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:-

OoL-1 Lot 45, Block IV, D.P. 2391, being part Section 15, Wainui District; coloured blue.
001-1 Lot 9, Block VII, D.P. 2391, being part Section 15, Wainui District ; coloured yellow.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103304, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Altering the Boundaries of the Central Waikato and the Franklin Electric-power Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Central Waikato and Franklin Electric-power Districts by excluding the area described in the First Schedule hereto from the Franklin Electric-power District and including such area in the Central Waikato Electric-power District, and by excluding the area described in the Second Schedule hereto from the Central Waikato Electric-power District and including such area in the Franklin Electric-power District, and do hereby declare that the boundaries of the Franklin and Central Waikato Electric-power Districts shall be those described in the Third and Fourth Schedules hereto, respectively.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, bounded, commencing at the easternmost corner of Allotment 215, Pepepe Parish, thence along the south-eastern boundary of Allotments 215 and 216, Pepepe Parish, to the southwestern corner of Allotment 216, Pepepe Parish; thence in a north-westerly direction along the south-western boundary of Allotments 216, 215, 171, and 170A of Pepepe Parish, to the westernmost corner of Allotment 170A aforesaid; thence along the north-western boundary of Allotment 170A and the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Allotment 170B 1; thence continuing along the north-western, north, and north-eastern boundaries of Allotment 215, Pepepe Parish, to the easternmost corner of Allotment 215, Pepepe Parish, the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103954, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, bounded, commencing at the south-westernmost corner of the Port Waikato Riding of the County of Raglan; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along the southern boundary of that riding as described in the New Zealand Gazette 1917, page 2185 thereof, to the intersection of the Waikaretu Road with the western boundary of Allotment 72, B 2 Whangape Parish ; thence in a south-easterly direction by that boundary and along the eastern boundary of Te Akau B 16 and Section 1, Block X, Awaroa Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of Section 1, Block X, Awaroa Survey District; thence in a south-western direction along the southern boundaries of Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block X, Awaroa Survey District, to the south-western corner of Section 3, Block X, Awaroa Survey District; thence in a south-easterly direction along the eastern boundary of Section 1, Block IX, Awaroa Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of Section 1; thence along the northern boundary of Te Akau B No. 17 and B No. 15 B 1 to the north-western corner of B No. 15 B 1; thence due west across Te Akau B No. 15 B 2 to a point on the Tasman Sea; thence in a northerly direction by the Tasman Sea to the south-western corner of the Port Waikato Riding of the County of Raglan, the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103954, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District situated in the Franklin and Raglan Counties, the Borough of Pukekohe, and the Town Districts of Waiuku and Tuakau, bounded, commencing at a point where a line drawn due west from the north-western corner of Te Akau B 15 B 1, Block 13, Awaroa Survey District, meets the Tasman Sea; thence towards the west by the Tasman Sea to and across the mouth of the Waikato River; thence towards the west, north, and east generally by the boundaries of the Franklin County as described in the New Zealand Gazette 1916, page 1135, to the mouth of the Pukorokoro Creek on the Firth of Thames, Block 6, Wharekawa Survey District; thence along the northern and western boundaries of Allotment 82, Parish Koheroa, to the Mercer-Pukorokoro Road; thence in westerly direction along the middle of that road to its intersection with the Mangatangi Stream; thence down the middle of the Mangatangi Stream, the Maramarua River and the Whangamarino River, to the confluence of the Waikato River and the last-mentioned river; thence by a line along the middle of the Waikato River in a southerly direction to the junction of the Opuatia Stream and the last-mentioned river; thence along the Opuatia Stream to the north-east corner of Allotment 67 B 1, Whangape Parish; thence towards the east by the eastern boundaries of Allotments 67 B 1, 67 B 3 A, 67 B 3 B, and 67 B 2, to the south-eastern corner of the said Allotment 67 B 2 on the northern shore of the Whangape Lake; thence by the north-western shore of the aforesaid lake to the mouth of the Awaroa Stream; thence generally towards the east by the western boundary of the Pukemiro Riding of the County of Raglan as described in the New Zealand Gazette 1920, page 1772, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 4 of Allotment 88, Whangape Parish; thence generally towards the south along the northern boundary of Lot 1 of Allotment 221, Pepepe Parish, and the northern boundaries of Allotments 185, 186, 215, 170 B 1, and 170 A, Pepepe Parish, to the north-western corner of Allotment 170 A; thence towards the south-west by the north-eastern boundaries of Section 5, Block 14, Awaroa Survey District, and Te Akau B 23 B, to the north-eastern corner of Te Akau B 23 B; thence towards the south by the northern boundaries of Te Akau B 23 B and Sections 3, 2, and 1, Block 14, Awaroa Survey District; thence towards the east by the western boundary of Section 1, Block 14, Awaroa Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of Te Akau B 17; thence towards the south by the northern boundaries of Te Akau B 17 and Te Akau B 15 B 1 to the north-western corner of Te Akau B 15 B 1, Block 13, Awaroa Survey District; thence due west across Te Akau B 15 B 2 to a point on the Tasman Sea, the point of commencement; the said area being more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103954, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
FOURTH SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District situated in the Waikato, Waipa, and Raglan Counties and the Boroughs of Huntly, Ngaruawahia, and portion of Borough of Hamilton.
